ANIMA CHRONICLES UNIVERSE

This was my very first book, born from nightmares and molded in dreams. Anima Chronicles was born from the ashes of pain. In High School kids bullied me for being different, for being myself. They mocked my writing and told me that I could never be anything in life. But my English teacher, Ms. Salata, she believed in me. She told me to continue writing, to try to write a book and do what I want to do not what others say. This began when she read a poem. She could feel my emotion, pain, and sorrow within its words. Which led to where I am now. Most great things are born in suffering.

The dream I had that spawned the story of Anima Chronicles was where I was in the shoes of this young woman in high school who was being bullied severely. Her name was Chasity. Through her eyes I watched as everything unfolded around me. Until she ran out of the school crying immensely. When she got outside towards the street, a car hits her, and she goes to the hospital. She experiences a near death moment which awakens a power that was dormant within her. This has been sleeping within her since birth. Then the dream ended.

After that I took the dream and crafted a world around it with "Native Folklore" added into the mix. This combination turned into something really amazing. Then I divided it into three stories following different people all from the same family, but in different times and places. However, all connected in ways. It focuses on their struggles with a corrupt society governed by higher beings consumed with power. This created tons of characters, story lines, and scenarios that filled the book quite well.
