LIMBO is a spin-off to Angelus Custos focusing on the circles of Hell. It will affect the story for Angelus Custos by introducing new troubles, horrors, and plot lines. But in Limbo though, it will not cross with anything until its sequel. This was not based on a dream, more of a re-imagining and re-inventing of the poem "Dante's Inferno". It felt like it fit to me. The concept of re-making the landscape of Hell, to explain how things will unfold in the future as well as escalate too. It was a fun process, a lot of research, and it actually came out twice as good as Angelus Custos did as a whole. Each circle of Hell really feels alive, unique, and rich in story.

One of the key concepts that I wanted to emphasize was that there are older things in Hell than Lucifer himself. I will not say who or what those may be, but just know that I go much deeper than an icy tundra. There are definitely very evil things lurking with a greater age than him. Especially something that may or may not be dormant locked away. In a prison like state that the main character may or may not awaken by mistake. Besides that, I also wanted to put close attention to history too. Lots and lots of research went into this book to craft it the best it could be. Between historical figures, demons, concepts, and environmental crafting. That was very important for me as it needed to breathe on its own as you descended down through the pages. Also as an added addition to the book, a bestiary was created for reference in the back. That way you could study its layers a little better after reading.​
